Beautech Global Participates in the 2nd PNU Dermalab Symposium with Er:YAG Laser Demonstration and Lecture
On May 3rd, Beautech Global participated in the 2nd PNU Dermalab Symposium held at Pusan National University Graduate School of Korean Medicine. This meaningful event brought together students from Korean medicine schools nationwide, as well as professionals from various fields, to explore the intersection of Korean medicine, aesthetic skincare, and medical device technology.
Er:YAG Laser Demonstration and Technical Insights
Beautech Global was invited to lead the session titled “Er:YAG Laser and Other Laser Demonstrations and Lectures.” Unlike typical promotional presentations, this session focused on sharing the principles and clinical applications of Er:YAG laser technology. Through live demonstrations, participants were able to gain a practical understanding of how the device works and what makes it effective.
The Er:YAG (erbium-doped yttrium aluminum garnet) laser operates at a wavelength of 2940nm and is known for its high water absorption, allowing for precise and safe resurfacing of the skin. Because it minimizes thermal damage while promoting effective exfoliation and skin regeneration, it has been gaining attention even in the field of Korean aesthetic medicine. During the session, the audience engaged actively through a Q&A segment, asking insightful questions and showing great curiosity.
Bridging Korean Medicine and Aesthetic Technology
At Beautech Global, we believe in more than just developing and distributing devices—we are deeply invested in how our technology is applied in clinical and educational settings. We continuously explore how traditional Korean medicine and cutting-edge aesthetic solutions can intersect to create new value and synergy. This symposium provided the perfect setting to share those ideas and engage in meaningful dialogue.
Some of the students expressed that it was their first time encountering Er:YAG laser technology, while others compared it with laser systems they had learned about previously. These open exchanges with future professionals were deeply inspiring for us, reaffirming our role in fostering thoughtful and practical knowledge in the industry.
Embracing Academic Collaboration for Long-Term Growth
Through our participation in the PNU Dermalab Symposium, Beautech Global reaffirmed its identity as a company that values academic collaboration and educational outreach. We believe that continuous dialogue—not just with current professionals, but also with tomorrow’s leaders—is essential to the sustainable advancement of the beauty and medical aesthetic industry.
We look forward to participating in more academic events and educational initiatives, and we are committed to expanding the impact and value of our technology through open, ongoing communication. The experience at PNU was not only rewarding, but also a meaningful step forward in our mission to connect innovation with education.
